The power of doctor king's voice, combined with just the right words...was dynamic.

Bills says that king also had a keen ability to understand his audience...and it's mood.
"He also had the power to use his voice to know when to put a puase in his communication. when to speak quickly when to speak slowly...to make a point. He had those communication skills down.
