ONE TREE CUT ANOTHER TOPPED
Ashland resident and former budget committee member Keith Baldwin paid a $25,000 fine to the city after having a tree service cut down one tree and topping another from the public park in front of his home.

Did the tree service get fined too? I would think they were wrong to take a job cutting down trees in a public park.
