The Jackson County Food Project is celebrating it's third anniversary this weekend, and will be collecting food for donations.
On Saturday the food project will collect food in seven southern oregon cities from more than 5,000 homes.
In the past three years the food project estimates they have brought in more than $800,000 worth of food for local pantries.
