Ashland Resident Appointed to Oregon Public Health Advisory Board

The current Associate Dean of Ashland's Oregon Health Science University, School of Nursing will take on a new role.

Joanne Noone has been appointed to the Oregon Public Health Advisory Board by Governor John Kitzhaber.

The Board advises the Oregon Health Authority on items related to public health programs, which will be seeing many changes in the future.

Noone will be on the board until 2017.
