City Council Changes Intersection Funding Plan

Residents in an east Medford neighborhood are excused from paying nearly $500,000 in fees for a city project.

The City Council has decided the 22 properties near the intersection of Springbrook and Delta Waters roads shouldn't have to pay the street improvement charges.

The project will realign Springbrook, creating an additional intersection where it crosses Delta Waters.

The estimated cost will reach around 1.2 million dollars.
