Huddleston Case To Go Before Grand Jury

The Jackson County District Attorney's Office will present the Bourne Huddleston case to a grand jury and hear witness testimony, Thursday.

The man charged with shooting his wife, Kristy Huddleston, now claims she shot herself in the head in front of him.

In an affidavit filed with the court, Huddleston claims his wife shot herself.

Then he claims he washed her hands, washed his hands, left their home, disposed of the gun and never called 9-1-1.

This is all while their ten year old son lay sleeping in the next room.
