Jackson County Jail Inmate Released By Accident

A Jackson County Jail inmate Donald Lee Anderson Jr.  was released by mistake and then immediately re-arrested last week.

We're told a jail employee thought he was eligible for early release. Anderson was originally arrested the 16th of this month, after posing as a US marshal and obtaining health services from Rogue Regional Medical Center without paying.

Anderson now faces additional charges.
