The man police say is responsible for one of the deadliest murders in Medford history is set to be in court on Tuesday.

District Attorney Beth Heckert has announced that Jordan Criado will be in Jackson County Court to change his plea from not guilty.

Criado is accused of murdering his family in July of 2011.

His wife, Tabasha, and all 4 of their children died from stab wounds and smoke inhalation.

Officials say Criado does face the death penalty.

This County can ill afford a defense for this crime, let alone keeping him locked up for the next 15 years. What possible evidence could be added
to persuade a jury that he is NOT guilty?
