Rogue River Officials Search For "Armed And Dangerous" Man

Officials in Rogue River are searching for a man they describe as "armed and dangerous" after police say he assaulted his girlfriend then threatened police over the weekend.

Officers say they responded on Friday to a domestic violence call, where Elijah Caldwell was quote "acting violently" end quote.

When police arrived, Caldwell had run away.

And his girlfriend denied the alleged abuse.

After a tip, police caught up with the man who according to officials, threatened to kill any officer who tried to arrest him.

Caldwell is also wanted on a Kansas warrant.

This morning, he is still on the loose.
