Run on Twinkies

In the wake of a potential Twinkie shortage, local grocers are quickly running through their stock in what may soon be termed the 'Hostess Apocalypse.'

Today, Medford's Food 4 Less Hostess shelf is practically empty.

This in the wake of a recent announcement by the company that they are closing their doors... leaving grocers unsure what happens next.

"I don't know about shipments, what we have left in our warehouse, their warehouse. We're kind of in limbo right now," says Store Director Terry Allphin.

Barely one box of Twinkies was left today at the Sherm's grocer.

Even snowballs and Vanilla Zingers were dwindling by the minute.
