Saw Dust Fire at Biomass One

A fire breaks out at Biomass One energy plant in White City, closing down roads, starting spot fires and sending a cloud of smoke across the valley.

It's seems to be an occurrence that's happening more often and it's costing taxpayers money every time it needs to be contained. So does the risk, out-weigh the benefit?

NBC 5's Travis Koch hit the streets to find out.
