Yahoo To Cut 2,000 Employees

Yahoo is set to cut 2,000 jobs.

The cuts announced Wednesday represent 14% of the 14,100 workers employed by Yahoo, which is based in Sunnyvale, California.

Yahoo officials say the move is part of a major restructuring of the company.

Yahoo said it would provide more details when it released first-quarter results on April 17.
