Kitzhaber Releases 10 Year Energy Plan

Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber releases his 10-year energy plan.

The plan focuses on a number of key issues, including improving the states clean-energy infrastructure and efficiency.

In a statement, Kitzhaber said quote, "energy is the issue of our time, both globally and here in Oregon."

The governor also hopes to switch out all state vehicles for alternative-energy vehicles.
