Medford city councilor Clay Bearnson announced he’ll be running for mayor this fall.Bearnson told us today that he will be joining the race to succeed longtime mayor Gary Wheeler.
Wheeler isn’t seeking re-election.
Bearnson has served on the Medford City Council since 2014.
He joins fellow councilman Kevin Stine and former Medford police chief Randy Sparacino in the race.
