Yreka, Calif. — The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man found dead a Shasta River tributary on Monday.

According to the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office, investigators responded to the 4400 block of Old Shasta River Road for a report of a dead body just before 3:00 p.m. on February 27. Upon arrival, investigators discovered a deceased adult male.
