Bradley Quillen murder trial witness testimony

Jackson County, Ore — The man accused of killing Miguel Delfin last year faced a jury today, and the possibility of life in prison.

Prosecutors introduced witness testimony and surveillance video as evidence in today’s trial.

Bradley Quillen faces murder, manslaughter and unlawful use of a weapon charges during an april 1st, incident outside the 7-11 in Phoenix.

After an altercation with Quillen and Adrian Rodriguez outside the store entrance Miguel Delfin was shot and killed. Quillen is accused of being the shooter.

“The guy over here, reached out with his hand and do something, and next thing you know the other guy fell on the ground,” said Nicholas Brown, a witness to the incident.

“He bent down and just went face first into the pavement, and the two other gentlemen just ran away,” said Cynthia Burger, another witness.

If convicted of the charges, Quillen would face life in prison. The trial continues tomorrow.

Detectives say surveillance video at the scene shows Quillen and Rodriguez running from the scene while Delfin collapses in the middle of Highway 99.

Quillen and another person were arrested in a nearby trailer park later that evening after a standoff with SWAT officers. Rodriguez was taken in for questioning later that month.
