Ashland, Ore., — While the All Care public forum was happening – dozens of people gathered outside Pioneer Hall for a separate health care rally.
Turns out the timing was just a coincidence, but many people inside the meeting actually came to join the rally once it was over.
“I’m here to try get people to see how many of us are dissatisfied with what’s going on in the national government, and threats being made nationally, and I’m also concerned about working locally to make it as good as possible here.” said one participant, Susan Madley.
The event comes after Senators Charles Schumer and Bernie Sanders called for a nationwide rally today in support of Obama Care.
