Roseburg, Ore. — A committee is being created to help oversee the dispersal of the donations from the UCC Strong Fund.
The boards of the Umpqua Community College Foundation and Greater Douglas United Way ratified the creation of a committee yesterday. The fund is nearing $500,000.
The committee’s first action will be to determine the distribution process. UCC Strong is continuing to collect donations here.
