Fans Scramble to Find A Spot to View Civil War Football Matchup

For anybody out there still in denial, if you are planning to watch the Beavs take on the Ducks in Saturday’s Civil War football game, you are out of luck unless you have Dish Network or Ashland Cable.

The game will air on the Pac-12 network at noon on Dish Network, rather than on national network television. Charter Cable and DirecTV do not have a deal with the Pac-12 network. That means about 75-80% of people in our area will not get the game in their homes.

It’s only the second time since 1997 the game has not been carried by a major network. But here is a look at some of the local businesses broadcasting the game.
