One Deputy D-S called this case one of the worst he’s ever seen.
The D-A’s office said 20-year old Prosser and 19-year old Eric Henshaw attacked a female relative of Henshaw’s on January 3rd at her Talent home.Stabbing her repeatedly.
The woman, who has asked not to be identified, lost several pints of blood and after escaping and nearly died in a hospital.
Deputy District Attorney, Nick Geil said the investigation revealed the men planned to kill the woman and then have sex with her dead body.

“The victim did appear in court today she made statement to the court today and it was clear that Mr. Koch Prosser’s depraved actions had an extraordinarily significant impact on her life and only her strength of character has carried her through this.”

The two men were arrested the night of the attack at Medford’s Tinseltown Theaters.
While Koch-Prosser heads to prison for 10 years, his co-defendant, Henshaw has pleaded not-guilty and is scheduled to go to trial on December 1st.
