Portland, Ore. – A car with two dogs inside was stolen from a man while he was inside a Portland convenience store.
Portland NBC affiliate KGW reported the dogs’ owner, Christian Alexander, stopped at a convenience store to get a soda around 1:00 Thursday morning. He said a woman approached him and asked about his dogs.
Alexander said he told the woman she could pet the dogs while he ran inside the store. He left his dogs and keys inside the car.
According to Alexander, the woman then jumped into the car and drove off, taking the dogs with her.
