The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers as it prepares for wildfire season.
It says the coronavirus will make it difficult to deploy trained firefighters to the pacific northwest if needed.
As a result, shelter services will be ramped up by the Red Cross.
People with medical training such as paramedics or nurses are also needed.
