Pope arrives in the U.S.

(NBC News) Pope Francis arrived in Washington at Andrews Air Force Base for the start of a six-day visit to America, where he was welcomed by President Obama, the First Lady, and the Bidens.

Francis will address congress and may challenge American priorities.
“He is a Christian leader who has a powerful message of looking after the poor the disadvantaged,’ said Michael Fekula a Protestant following the Pope.

But the Pope is not radical he’s traditional argues Washington’s Cardinal Donald Wuerl saying, “His message begins with respecting every person, respecting life, respecting the dignity of every person respecting the planet.”

Before tomorrow’s mass, Pope Francis will meet with President Obama at the White House. Believed to be on the agenda are the refugee crisis, the growing gap between the rich and the poor, and global warming.
