Columbia County, Ore. – A Portland woman with ties to Medford was found dead in rural Columbia County.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s office said the body of 24-year-old Apache Rose Hightower was found Tuesday afternoon by a passerby in the 30000 block of Pittsburgh Road, west of St. Helens.
Deputies said following an investigation, they have classified Hightower as the victim of homicidal violence.
