The charges stem from an April 19th home invasion on Holland Loop Road in Cave Junction that sent the robbery victim to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

The Peoria, Arizona man will spend 3 years and 10 months behind bars as part of the deal.

A second suspect in that shooting, 32-year-old Robbie Cruse of Grants Pass was arrested Wednesday on several charges including attempted murder.
