With stimulus dollars running out, so are many State Government jobs.
The number of people employed by the state has decreased over the last year by about 500.
The state of Oregon employs around 82,000 people.
That includes those working in the University system.
During the recession, more jobs were available in social and unemployment services, largely due to a temporary stimulus.
Officials say that money to provide jobs is simply running out.
